IS THE SUN GEL PRIMER MASK-PROOF?

Yes, it is! It sets clear onto skin. Thus, there’s no visible transfer when used without other face bases. Also, you need to let it set for 30 seconds before you put on your mask.

HOW LONG WILL SPF50 STAY IN MY SKIN?

Applying an SPF50 sun gel, which blocks 98% of UVB rays, would allow you to stay in the sun for roughly 500 minutes (or 8 hours). However, reapplication every 2 hours (less if you sweat or swim) is necessary because sunscreen breaks down when exposed to sunlight, which means it won’t be as potent as when you first applied it.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL SUNSCREEN?

Chemical sunscreens have thinner formulation than physical sunscreens. Chemical sunscreen also absorbs and scatters the sun’s UV rays, while physical sunscreens create a barrier on the skin that filter out UV rays.

WHAT TYPE OF SUNSCREEN DOES YOUR SUN GEL PRIMER HAVE?

We formulated Sun Gel with a combination of physical and chemical sunscreen filters to safely achieve the SPF50 rating. Titanium Dioxide, a very stable physical sunscreen agent, offers protection from both UVB and UVA rays. As for Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, otherwise known as Uvinul A Plus, it is a highly photostable (meaning it won’t change under strong light and radiation) chemical filter that defends skin from free radicals and skin damage.

IS THE SUN GEL PRIMER GOOD FOR OILY SKIN?

Yes, it can be used by oily skin types and all other skin types.

Yes, our Sun Gel Primer’s tint is universal which suits all skin tones. It sets into a clear finish upon application, giving you dewy, supple, and glowing skin.
