All orders will generally ship within one business day from the day of order placement. During peak times, orders may take 2-3 business days to ship from the day of order placement.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Delivery address changes after an order has shipped will incur a “change of address” fee of $20. Carriers offer other free delivery options to pick up orders from one of their appointed facilities.
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partners, Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible!
The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change. You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY UPDATE: With the recent developments around the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes into their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an AusPost staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or leaving for the customer to pick up on the counter. All parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, within 24-72 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. If a dispatch delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is ready for dispatch. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and the first scan when onboard for delivery.
All orders are final, and we cannot guarantee that product changes and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. You are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before confirming your order.
In the case of a refund request before an order has been sent to the warehouse, please note that for all orders made via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for Afterpay Merchant fees that are not refunded to us.

Authority To Leave: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the freight on the premises if or when nobody is there to receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the customer's responsibility, and True Beauty Skin Essentials will offer no replacements. True Beauty Skin Essentials is not responsible for parcels left on the premises exposed to the sun, rain or other weather conditions. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel or if the weather will cause damage to parcels left outdoors.
Signature Required: This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. If nobody is on the premises to accept the freight, the freight will be allocated to the nearest Post office for collection. True Beauty Skin Essentials is not responsible for collecting your freight from the pickup location.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
For the shipping address, we strongly advise using an address where someone can collect the parcel during business hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.
Suppose a parcel is returned to True Beauty Skin Essentials because it was unclaimed or the incorrect address was submitted with the order. In that case, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $30 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. True Beauty Skin Essentials is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
True Beauty Skin Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for most orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed delivered.
We ship via AusPOST, Sendle and DHL. If you hold a MyPOST account, you can request Redirection & Safe Drop. However, True Beauty Skin Essentials does NOT recommend this. If you request Redirection and/or safe drop, True Beauty Skin Essentials is no longer responsible for lost parcels, undelivered parcels, or parcels delivered to incorrect addresses for your order. Please make sure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.
